- Log in to your tenant portal, https://mortonrealty.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in, select "payments" on the left side of the page and then click the "Pay Now" button
How Do I Request Maintenance?
- Log in to your tenant portal, https://mortonrealty.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in, select "Maintenance" on the left side of the page and then click the "Request Maintenance" button.
How Can I Get Access To My Tenant Portal If The System Has Locked Me Out?
- Email Thad@mortonrealtytexas.com or Ken@mortonrealtytexas.com and let us know that you've been locked out. We will be able to re-set your portal.
What Do I Do If I've Locked Myself Out Of My House?
- Give us a call at 817-996-0140 or 817-319-4838. If one of our agents is available and in the area we may be able to bring you a spare key. If no agent is available then you'll need to contact a locksmith, we recommend Mr. Rekey, 972-282-9696. Please note that you are responsible for locksmith services if you lock yourself out of your home.
How Quickly Can I Expect A Maintenance Issue To Be Addressed & Repaired?
- Timeliness of repair can depend on a lot of factors but we typically respond to all maintenance requests within 24hrs and most repairs can be completed within a few days. Large or expensive repairs such as those with HVAC, water heaters and major plumbing can take longer depending on the cost and extent of repair needed.
